FAQ

Is it safe to paste my token?
The token is sent once to the platform for your request and is never stored or logged on our side.
Will events show up immediately?
Add a Test Event Code to see them instantly in Events Manager → Test events. Without it, real events can take up to ~20 minutes to appear in reports.
Which events need an amount?
Events like Purchase are sent with value = 1 USD automatically. The $1 badge marks them.
Which platforms are supported?
Currently 6 platforms: Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI), and Pinterest. More platforms are planned.
